Flicked is built to collect only what we need to run shared event camera rolls. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

• Account and profile details, such as email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, and account settings.
• Guest participation details, such as invite codes, guest names, member IDs, guest tokens, and event membership records.
• Photos, event details, invite codes, captions, reactions, reports, reveal settings, event cover images, export requests, and other content you choose to create or upload.
• Device and permission information, such as camera, photo library, notification permission status, Expo push tokens, device type, operating system, and app version.
• Usage and diagnostic information, such as screen views, coarse analytics events, performance data, crash logs, and sanitized event metadata.
• Payment and entitlement information when paid features are offered, such as product IDs, purchase status, receipts, and paywall events.
• Support communications and any information you send us when you request help.

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo. Photo library access is used only when you choose an image to upload or set as event media. Flicked does not access your camera or photo library in the background.

Event photos may be visible to hosts and participants according to the event settings, including delayed reveal, gallery visibility, moderation, and export settings.

• Provide the Service, including account sign-in, event creation, invite links, guest joins, photo upload, delayed reveal, galleries, favorites, reports, exports, and notifications.
• Protect events, enforce permissions, detect misuse, debug issues, and keep the Service reliable.
• Send transactional messages such as reveal reminders, event updates, support replies, and important service notices.
• Understand product usage and improve performance, design, safety, and reliability.
• Process purchases or entitlements when paid features are available.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We share information only in the ways needed to operate Flicked:

• With event hosts and participants according to event settings, because shared rolls and galleries are the core of the Service.
• With service providers that help us run Flicked, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, payments, and customer support providers.
• With app platforms such as Apple or Google when required for sign-in, app distribution, payments, notifications, or platform compliance.
• When required by law, legal process, safety, security, or to protect the rights of Flicked, users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to protections for user information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain event galleries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Event photos and event records are kept until the relevant event, account, or retention workflow deletes them, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for safety, security, or dispute reasons.

Flicked is not intended to be your only backup. Keep your own copies of photos and event exports that matter to you.

• You can manage camera, photo library, and notification permissions through your device settings.
• Hosts can manage event settings, visibility, moderation, and gallery access inside the Service.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as objection, restriction, portability, or the right to appeal or complain to a regulator.

Flicked is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may use Flicked only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Flicked, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS, database permissions, storage controls, and vendor-provided encryption. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Flicked is operated primarily from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this policy as Flicked changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
