The fastest way to reach a person is email. Write to hello@flicked.studio with a short description of what happened, the name of your event if it relates to one, and the device and iOS version you're using. That context helps us resolve things on the first reply.

Getting started

Flicked turns an event into one shared disposable camera. A host creates an event, sets the shot count and reveal timing, and invites guests with a link or QR code. Guests shoot from inside the moment, and the photos stay hidden until the roll develops for everyone at the same time.

You don't need an account to join an event — just open the invite link or scan the code. Hosts sign in with Apple, Google, or an email link to create and manage events.

Joining an event

Tap the invite link or scan the host's QR code, allow camera access when prompted, and start shooting. Each roll has a finite number of shots, so every frame counts. Your photos appear in the shared gallery once the host's reveal time arrives.

Hosting and the timed reveal

When you create an event you choose how many shots each guest gets, when the gallery reveals, and who can see the full roll. Photos stay locked until the reveal so the surprise lands for everyone at once. You can manage guests, review photos, and export the gallery from the host tools.

Purchases and billing

Free events are available for small rolls. Larger guest limits and add-ons such as unlimited photos are one-time purchases made through the App Store at the moment you publish an event — there is no recurring subscription. Prices and what's included are shown before you pay.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase didn't unlock what you expected, email hello@flicked.studio and we'll make it right.

Notifications and permissions

Flicked uses camera and photo permissions only when you choose to take or upload a photo. Notifications are optional and let you know the moment a roll develops. You can change any of these anytime in your device Settings.

To update or delete your account, or to request a copy of your data, email hello@flicked.studio from the address associated with your account and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
